Shipping Information

Trokot generally uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. Backorder items are generally shipped directly from Russia, in which case Russia Post (EMS) is used.

You will receive a confirmation email from Trokot to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Trokot with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at admin@trokot.com.au with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

Should anything go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Trokot cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

If there is a delivery failure not caused by Trokot (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Trokot can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.

The below processing and delivery timeframes apply to in-stock items only. Please allow up to 28 business days for the delivery of backorder items. If your order comprises both in-stock and backorder items, your whole order may be placed on backorder at the discretion of Trokot.

Please be aware that estimated delivery times for in-stock and backorder items are an estimate only. Trokot cannot guarantee delivery of your order within the estimated delivery time frame as once an item is dispatched from our warehouses, actual delivery times may vary and are beyond our control.
