After launching Snap Shades, we realised just how many different vehicles there are on the market! With this in mind, we set out to increase our range to be able to provide our customers with a larger range and with more shade options to suit their needs.
With the addition of the Trokot Snap Shades range, we have increased our vehicle coverage to over 1,600 models as well as being able to provide shades for different windows – to suit parents, campers, car enthusiasts, employers, boat and plane owners to name a few.
Trokot was founded in 2012, in the city of Moscow, Russia. The founders set out on a mission to create a decent, high quality product that could completely replace tinting to make the life of car, boat and plane owners better and more comfortable. Trokot continues to heavily invest in research and development to be able to provide a superior, premium product and to continuously increase the range of car models covered.

I feel like I would expect a slightly better fit for the money, they don't sit dead flush with the trim all the way around, but it's enough to keep the sun out so that's what important. I also found it disappointing that the 3M stick on brackets didn't come pre-bent to the correct angle, and there's certainly no reason they couldn't be, but as long as you take your time, measure carefully, and bend them slowly, checking the fit as you go, then it's not so bad, just time consuming.Apart from that, they're absolutely great and combined with the factory tint will keep all that nasty uv off my newborn's sensitive skin.One thing I was surprised by was how much privacy they provide. I knew they'd darken the windows up making it harder to see through from outside, but they're much better than I expected. With the windows up it's almost impossible to see into the back seats during the day. My partner can sit back there breastfeeding with no worries of people walking by and peering in! read less

Was recommended Trokot instead as it is more suitable for our need; we don’t need to take the shade off frequently, and need clearer view to outside. It was the best thing we’ve done for our car. The kids no longer cry because of sun in the their faces, and we can be sure they don’t get too warm when the sun hits their window in hot summer days. It fits quite nicely to the window frame, it hasn’t come off since we bought it about 3 months ago. Looks really good as it is stuck to the inside of the window frame.
