Shipping Information
Trokot generally uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. Backorder items are generally made to order and have a lead time of approximately 40 days.
You will receive a confirmation email from Trokot to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Trokot with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at admin@trokot.com.au with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
Should anything go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Trokot cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
If there is a delivery failure not caused by Trokot (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Trokot can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.
The below processing and delivery timeframes apply to in-stock items only. Please allow up to 40 business days for the delivery of backorder items. If your order comprises both in-stock and backorder items, your whole order may be placed on backorder at the discretion of Trokot.
Please be aware that estimated delivery times for in-stock and backorder items are an estimate only. Trokot cannot guarantee delivery of your order within the estimated delivery time frame as once an item is dispatched from our warehouses, actual delivery times may vary and are beyond our control.

Please be aware there may be some delays during and following any sale/promotional events and any exhibition’s we attend throughout the year.
International Shipping
International postage charges are determined by the zone your destination country belongs to.
We are able to ship internationally via Australia Post/EMS. Upon checkout, you will be provided with the relevant options and price once you have entered your address. If you wish to have your order shipped via DHL, please contact us prior to placing an order for a quote and further details.
The Live Rates shown at checkout exclude any items which contain a Rear Windscreen. This includes 3 piece hemisphere sets, 5 piece hemisphere sets and 7 piece hemisphere sets. To obtain a more accurate shipping amount, please contact us with your shipping address and item. If an order is received which contains a Rear Windscreen, you will be contacted with a shipping quote before your order is processed.
Australia Post/EMS divides the international delivery network into zones, based on delivery costs and speed. Each zone has its price point. The zone structure Australia Post uses depends on the weight of the item being sent. Our website will calculate weight automatically and provide you with a shipping cost to your address.

Please note: The purchaser is liable for any duties/taxes/fees payable in the receiving country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If an item is returned to us due to refusal of the purchaser to pay their local custom duties/taxes/fees, the order will be refunded once it is received back, less the shipping costs for parcel to be returned to us.

Local Pickup
You are able to collect your order from our warehouse in Silverwater, NSW. Please select ‘click and collect’ at checkout. Click and Collect Orders for in stock items are available for collection from our warehouse the next business day. If your item/s are on backorder, you will be notified once your item/s are available for collection from our warehouse.
