Our products are easy to install and remove. Each product has installation instructions included. Please also refer to our Installation Support section on our website for assistance. However, if you encounter any issues, we encourage you to contact us and send us photos so we can assist you.
Magnetic mounts are mounts which magnetise to magnets located on the shade frame, to allow the shade to stay in place on your vehicle. They are required to be adhered to your car window frame and use 3M VHB 4910 tape for adhesion. Clips are generally required for the installation of rear windshield shades only and are not required to be adhered to the car. Rather they are clipped onto the shade itself and under the trim of your window frame.

No, the pyramidal shade material maintains visibility through the glass, even in the dark. However, front door shades should be removed when the vehicle is in motion. fading over time.
Absolutely! You retain full functionality of car windows with Trokot Snap Shades installed. Car windows can be open for ventilation when the vehicle is stationary and when driving (tested at 100km per hour).
Trokot Snap Shades are made of heat, fade and stretch resistant mesh (145 gsm polyester). The metal shade frame is encased by rubber to protect the shade from moisture and to provide extra durability. High strength magnets are located along the shade frame for installation. Trokot Snap Shades are made and quality controlled in Europe.
We expect fair, wear and tear over time. However, as Trokot Snap Shades are installed on the inside of a vehicle, they are not prone to stretching, flapping and/or fading over time.

If your product is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will organise to send you out a replacement as soon as possible. We will reimburse you for postage to return the item to us.
If your product is not the correct model for your car, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will organise to either refund or exchange the product for you. The customer will be responsible for return postage costs for return or exchanges relating to incorrect item/s ordered. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you are unsure which item best suits your vehicle.
Trokot Snap Shades provide a 36 month warranty period to Australian customers. All warranty claims are assessed in accordance with our Warranty Statement at the discretion of Trokot Pty Ltd. For further details, please refer to the Warranty Statement included with your purchase.
Yes, we can ship to anywhere within the Asia Pacific Region. We can ship your order to anywhere that will accept deliveries. Due to size restrictions on Parcel Lockers, we are unable to ship large items which includes rear windscreen orders to Parcel Lockers.
We generally use Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. Backorder items are shipped directly from Russia, in which case Russia Post (EMS) is used.
Yes, we allow customers to pick up orders of in stock items from our warehouse in Silverwater, NSW by appointment only. Please contact us if you wish to pick up your order. Unfortunately, pick up is not an option for any backorder items.
