Delivery Delays

As the effect of COVID-19 continues to evolve and cause massive disruption to the day to day lives of all Australians, we would like to keep you updated on the exact nature of our business operations.

We are currently still operating as per normal, with the exception of our showroom which is closed for the foreseeable future. We providing contactless pickup for in-stock items. Please contact us before placing an order online.

For in-stock items: We dispatch all in-stock items from our warehouse in Sydney.

There are currently significant delivery delays across the Australia Post network. We are not able to provide estimated delivery dates and once a product is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times are beyond our control.

For backorder items: All backorder items are made to order and are dispatched from our factory in Russia.

Our factory is operating as per normal, however, there are significant delays with shipments from Russia due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. We are not able to provide estimated delivery dates and once a product is dispatched from our factory, delivery times are beyond our control. We are not able to provide any refund for products that are still in transit. We are able to provide a refund once the item is received and returned to us.
